Thrust Bearings can support heavy axial loads. Their housing washer and shaft washer are made of bearing steel. The materials of their cage can be copper alloy, aluminum alloy, steel and plastics.
The cages of our thrust bearings are made of copper alloy. If required, we can also produce them with other materials, such as aluminum alloy, carbon steel and plastics and so on. In that case, special characters should be appended to the bearing code while you place the order.

Attention
While mounting our thrust bearings, operators should keep in mind that there must not be any deviation between the shaft and the axial line of the bore.
The surface of its washer should be fully supported, if possible.
The block shoulder should have enough rigidity and be straightly perpendicular to the rotating axial line.
The height of the shaft shoulder should be at least able to reach the center of rollers that are in innermost row of the housing washer or the center of the rollers that are in outermost row of the shaft washer, so as to avoid elastic deformation.
The minimum load of our thrust bearings should be 0.2% of its basic rated dynamic load.
